The Role – Delivery Consultant (Contract Desk)
You’ll join a booming contract market with huge demand and consistent job flow. Your focus is purely on relationship building and candidate delivery — not cold calling or client prospecting.
* Managing end-to-end candidate delivery
* Working on warm, active contract roles
* Sourcing, interviewing and fully qualifying candidates
* Preparing candidates for interviews and managing the process
* Building talent pools and specialist market knowledge
* Working closely with a high-performing team to fill roles quickly and effectively
This is ideal for someone who loves the candidate side, wants strong commission without the pressure of BD, and is ready to step into a high-output, high-earning environment.
