Location: City of London Office

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: Monday – Friday (9am – 6pm) + 1 in 3 Saturdays (work from home)

Salary: £27,500 basic + Uncapped commission

The role

As a Sales Negotiator, you’ll be office-based and phone-focused, handling a high volume of calls each day. Your responsibilities will include:

* Managing inbound and outbound calls to book viewings and generate offers.
* Negotiating between buyers and vendors to secure the best possible outcome.
* Advising vendors on pricing strategy and reductions where needed.
* Providing excellent vendor care throughout the sales journey.
* Coordinating with solicitors and buyers to collect necessary information for sales progression.
* Driving performance against KPIs and contributing to team success.

What we’re looking for

* Previous estate agency or property sales experience (online or high street).
* Confident negotiator, able to manage both vendor and buyer expectations.
* Comfortable in a high-volume, phone-based sales environment.
* Target-driven and motivated by commission.
* Strong understanding of compliance in property sales.
* Resilient, persuasive, and customer-focused.

The package

Basic salary: £27,500

Guarantee: up to £35,000

OTE: £50,000–£60,000 (year one realistic)

Commission: Uncapped + performance bonuses

Holidays: 25 days + bank holidays

Schedule: Monday–Friday 9–6, 1 in 3 Saturdays (work from home)
