Connect Appointments are recruiting a detail-oriented and experienced Administrator to join our Glenrothes-based manufacturing client.

Working as an Administrator, your day-to-day tasks will include:
* Ensuring accurate data entry and record keeping
* Support the daily administration tasks of departments
* Ensuring all information is processed with precision and attention to detail
* Assisting with documentation, compliance, and reporting tasks
* Liaising with internal teams to support smooth operations
* Greeting all visitors and dealing with enquires
To be successful in this Administrator position, you'll ideally have previous experience within an admin role - previous admin experience within a manufacturing environment is advantageous. Other key skills and traits, include:
* Strong data entry skills with high levels of accuracy
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* The ability to work on your own and as part of a team
* Great communication and interpersonal skills
