Job Advert Job Summary The Sub Agent will support day-to-day operational delivery on the Immingham Eastern Ro-Ro Terminal (IERRT) project. They will guide and coordinate with all relevant teams to ensure project objectives and KPIs are achieved, providing daily management, leadership, and oversight across construction, marine and logistics activities. Key Responsibilities. Oversee and facilitate the safe and efficient execution of all work activities. Participate in RESS meetings, agree RESS content, and deliver RESS briefings. Responsible for all activities on shift, including management of the construction and marine supply chain. Lead start-of-shift safety briefings, review method statements and activity plans, and continually monitor safety performance. Conduct daily morning briefings for the workforce. Ensure effective implementation of the RESS. Carry out compliance checks as indicated by the activity plan. Coordinate resource allocation and manage logistics, particularly around marine and port-side interfaces. Oversee the operation and maintenance of all plant and equipment. Maintain regular communication with the Construction Manager. Ensure all necessary certificates, assurance documentation and compliance records are produced and properly filed. Ensure CDM compliance, including the development of the CDM Health and Safety File. Ensure compliance with the Environmental Management Plan, including requirements specific to marine works and port operations. Project Specific – IERRT Support the delivery of marine works, heavy civils, earthworks, pavements and associated port infrastructure. Coordinate with marine contractors, port stakeholders and logistics teams to maintain safe and efficient operations around the live port environment. Manage interfaces between landside and marine works, ensuring activities are sequenced safely and effectively. Provides day-to-day leadership to achieve project deliverables. Manages small teams with clear guidance, direction and coordination. Mentors and develops junior members of the project team. Qualifications, Certifications And Experience Proven experience in managing or supporting small to medium-sized construction or infrastructure projects. MCIOB / MAPM / MRICS / MICE (or working towards) or local equivalent. Experience within the construction delivery phase, ideally including marine, port or civils environments.
