Customer Success Manager (Dutch Speaking): Duties & Experience
* Fluent in Dutch oral & written – Essential
Customer Discovery & Communication
* Strong customer-facing communication
* SaaS experience in delivery, customer success, implementation
* Run discovery workshops and capture requirements
* SaaS delivery or enterprise customer success
Solution Design & Implementation
* Solution design – forms, process, dashboards, permissions
* Deliver end-user & champion training
* Technical awareness: API/Integration
Account Growth & Value Delivery
* Project leadership: Manage timelines, risks, stakeholders
* Identify Risks & opportunities during delivery
