We are seeking an experienced and motivated Design Manager to join our growing team, supporting projects across Kent and the surrounding regions. Your time will be split between our Kent-based HQ and project sites, providing both strategic oversight and hands-on coordination throughout the design and construction process. This is an excellent opportunity for a design professional with strong experience in industrial and distribution centre projects who wants to play a key role in delivering large-scale, high-quality projects. The Impact you’ll make within this role, will be to take ownership of the design process from concept through to completion, ensuring that design information is coordinated, practical, and delivered in line with programme requirements. You will be expected to lead and coordinate between architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors, ensuring that design solutions are efficient and aligned with the demands of the project. Your ability to manage complex design coordination will be essential in identifying and resolving technical challenges, managing design risk, and ensuring compliance with UK building regulations and project specifications.
