About the Role:
This is the perfect opportunity for graduates who are passionate about teaching and want to explore the profession before committing to a PGCE or teacher training course. You'll work in a supportive secondary school setting, assisting pupils, gaining classroom confidence, and learning directly from experienced educators.
What You’ll Do:
* Work alongside teachers to deliver lessons and support learning
* Provide 1:1 and group support to students, including those with additional needs
* Develop behaviour management and lesson delivery skills
* Gain exposure to curriculum planning and assessment processes
* Get ongoing mentoring from experienced teachers and school leaders
Who We’re Looking For:
* Recent graduates (any subject welcome – English, maths, science, humanities and more)
* A strong interest in teaching as a career
* Proactive, confident, and positive attitude
* Experience working with young people is desirable but not essential
