We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Delivery Director to oversee the successful delivery of Salesforce programs, ensuring alignment with client needs and strategic objectives. You will report to the Head of Delivery and Governance within our practice. The ideal candidate will already be doing a similar role, will come with extensive expertise in Salesforce transformation, a blend of technical ability, whilst demonstrating exceptional leadership, stakeholder management and delivery across global teams, a client centric and creative mindset in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities
* Provide leadership and management for client delivery programs and prospect client pre‑sales engagements.
* Extensive experience in managing complex Salesforce transformation programs.
* Extensive experience in managing multiple teams and workstreams across the globe.
* Deep understanding of Salesforce’s latest features and industry best practices.
* Oversee multiple complex projects simultaneously.
* Mentor and lead teams of delivery managers and technical consultants.
* Drive strategic decision‑making and problem‑solving.
* Create and drive project/product roadmaps and go‑to‑market strategies.
* Handle complex client escalations and negotiations.
* Focus on long‑term strategic goals and business outcomes.
* Project oversight: manage the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce solutions, ensuring projects meet client requirements and are delivered on time and within budget.
* Build and nurture high‑performance teams, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
* Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, communicate project progress, and manage expectations.
* Identify potential risks and implement proactive mitigation measures.
* Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and project teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
* Develop and maintain project roadmaps that align with client goals and objectives.
* Lead delivery across multiple Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, Commerce, Revenue Cloud).
* Lead agile/scrum teams to deliver high‑quality Salesforce solutions.
* Ensure that the solution accurately reflects and meets the defined business expectations.
* Identify and confirm risks/issues, develop mitigating approaches.
* Stay current with new Salesforce product releases and acquisitions.
* Manage detailed effort estimates and translate them into commercial proposals.
* Coach and mentor team members.
* Support interviewing prospective candidates.
Qualifications
* A minimum of 10 years in managing large‑scale Salesforce projects or programs.
* Proven track record of leading and managing global teams.
* Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, best practices, and implementation strategies.
* Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage diverse stakeholders effectively.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate collaboration among team members and clients.
* Strong analytical/problem‑solving abilities.
* Familiarity with commercial models, agile methodologies and project management principles.
* Salesforce certifications across the 360.
* Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Retail industry experience.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
* Proactive, innovative mindset with a passion for driving revenue growth and delivering client value.
* Extensive experience (typically 15+ years) across delivery within the Salesforce ecosystem.
