The Role:
We are seeking a Rural Valuer to join the Strutt & Parker Stamford Team. The successful candidate will coordinate all valuations across the East Midlands, lead other valuers, provide professional guidance and support, and be responsible for delivering their own valuation work stream.
Requirements:
* Undertaking valuations for purposes including loan security, tax, inheritance, and estate planning (rural, residential, and development/planning appraisal).
* High-quality reporting.
* Management of major valuation portals.

* Competent and experienced RICS qualified rural surveyor with a track record of delivering diverse projects.

* Ability to meet deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills for building relationships with team members, colleagues, and clients.
* Confident in client and team interactions.

* Understanding of confidentiality issues and discretion.
* Ability to network, influence, and negotiate effectively.
Qualifications:
* RICS qualification with significant PQE.
* FAAV qualification is an advantage.
Experience:
* Extensive experience in agricultural and rural residential valuations.
* Proficient in Word, Excel, and mapping software.
* Experience working regionally, potentially across multiple office locations.
