We are seeking an exceptional and highly experienced SEND Teacher with a strong specialism in supporting children with ADHD and Autism (ASC). You will work with pupils who require tailored educational approaches, personalised interventions, and consistent, trauma-informed support strategies. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing EHCP-aligned provision and promoting positive behavioural, social, and academic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to pupils with ADHD and Autism
* Develop and implement personalised learning strategies in line with EHCP targets
* Use evidence-based approaches to support attention regulation, sensory needs, and emotional wellbeing
* Foster a structured, predictable classroom environment that promotes independence
* Monitor and track pupil progress, adapting provision where necessary
* Work collaboratively with SENCOs, therapists, support staff, and parents/carers
* Lead on behaviour support strategies using positive behaviour frameworks
* Contribute to annual reviews and multi-agency meetings

Essential Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Extensive experience teaching children with ADHD and Autism
* Strong understanding of SEND legislation and EHCP processes
* Proven ability to manage challenging behaviour using restorative and positive strategies
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* A patient, resilient, and empathetic approach

* Additional SEND qualifications or specialist training in Autism/ADHD
* Experience in specialist provisions, PRUs, or resource bases
* Knowledge of sensory integration strategies
* Team leadership or mentoring experience
