Information We are working with a boutique small-cap broker who are looking to hire an Equity Research Analyst to join their team.
Responsibilities include:
1. Writing the daily Small Cap Feast note covering market/company news.
2. Producing detailed research and forecasts on a small portfolio of clients.
3. Delivering thematic/sector research and presenting findings to investors & sales.
4. Attending company/investor meetings.
5. (Senior level) Proactively identifying non-house corporates for coverage.
Requirements:
6. Minimum 2 years’ equity research experience (buy-side or sell-side).
7. Degree educated with CISI or equivalent (CF30/FCA CF Client Dealing).
8. Strong knowledge of equity valuation models.
9. Proven client-facing experience with issuers and investors.
10. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
11. Comfortable working in a small, collaborative environment.
