The hotel boasts 48 rooms whilst offering
a selection of different Menus in their award winning restaurant and gastro bar. Awarded their first AA Rosette in 2023, my client is committed to
delivering exceptional dining experiences to all customers.
The salary for the Sous Chef role is up to £30,000 per annum including free onsite live-in accommodation.
