The Role This is a part-time role with a fast-track route to full-time once probation is passed and sales targets are consistently met. You’ll be mainly office-based, driving new business through emailing, cold calling, networking, and lead generation, with regular opportunities to get out of the office for: Site visits and quoting Networking events Client lunches or dinners Relationship-building meetings If you enjoy talking to people, opening doors, and seeing direct financial reward for your effort, this role will suit you. What You’ll Be Doing Proactively generating new business via email and cold calling Identifying and qualifying leads Booking and attending site visits Preparing, issuing, and following up on quotes Attending networking events and representing Neatwork Group Building long-term relationships with decision-makers Managing and tracking your own sales pipeline Commission & Progression This role comes with uncapped commission, and the right person can genuinely earn well.
