Role
* Lead and develop the Personal Injury team's business plan
* Manage a full and varied caseload of serious and catastrophic injury work, comprising brain injury, amputation, serious orthopaedic injuries and fatal accident claims
* Develop a key role in generating new work for the team
* Mentor and develop a legal executive andsolicitor
You
* 10+ years PQE
* Technically and commercially astute, excellent and dynamic relationship builder
* A strong reputation and leader in your field, with a following including good connections
* Experienced in a broad range of PI litigation cases, and have knowledge of catastrophic injury settlements
* Clinical Negligence practice alongside Personal Injury experience can be considered
