Housing Solutions Officer
Our Client is looking for a self motivated and enthusiastic individual to be an integral part of the busy Housing Solutions team.
You will be responsible for interviewing and advising clients at risk of homelessness or in housing need so wherever possible homelessness. You will also carry out full assessment of clients housing and support needs to complete online Common Housing Register applications.
Key Responsibilities:
1. To provide the main point of contact to temporary accommodation applicants and providers.
2. Provide housing advice, homelessness casework and support households in temporary accommodation
3. Ensure all casework and housing data is accurately recorded on notes and IT systems.
4. Ensure all housing meets required national and local standards and compliance.
5. Provide and support temporary accommodation residents

6. Mon to Thu 08:00-17:00 & Friday 08:00-1500
7. £17.59 PAYE + Holiday Pay
8. 3 Month Temporary Contract
9. Enhanced DBS Check Required
