Responsibilities
* Deliver personal care that is tailored to the customer and encourages independence.
* Assist with personal care such as washing, dressing, toileting and mobility.
* Manage medication and prepare meals.
* Perform household tasks (laundry, cleaning, shopping and errands).
* Support customers in staying connected with their community through social activities, hobbies and visits from loved ones.
* Offer comfort and care during illness, hospital visits or end‑of‑life care.
* Work independently while staying connected with our care team for support and guidance.
Qualifications
* A kind and caring nature.
* Ability to live with customers for agreed shifts.
* Follow care plans and Bluebird Care policies.
* Commit to training, professionalism and confidentiality.
* Right to work in the UK.
* Previous experience is beneficial but not necessary.

* £789.60 – £944.65 weekly rate (paid monthly).
