What We’re Looking For:
* Culinary Expertise: Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a high-quality restaurant with high volumes and exclusive customer base.
* Passion for Food: A commitment to using fresh, seasonal ingredients; knowledge of Mediterranean cooking styles is advantageous.
* Innovation: A creative mindset with a desire to experiment and push culinary boundaries.
* Kitchen Leadership: Experience leading the kitchen operation, not only inspiring excellence in food quality and service, but maintaining the administrational requirements of a kitchen.
