About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced and qualified Carpenters to join a growing team and work across a wide range of projects, including refurbishment, maintenance, small works and public sector contracts. The role is hands‑on, varied and ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering high‑quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carrying out carpentry and joinery tasks across framework, refurbishment and public service contracts
* Completing small works and second‑fix duties such as hanging doors, installing kitchen units and snagging
* Working safely and efficiently on a variety of sites
* Liaising with site teams, supervisors and clients where required
* Ensuring all work meets company and industry standards
* Maintaining tools, equipment and company vehicle
* Following Health & Safety procedures and site protocols
* Producing work to a high standard with minimal supervision
* Working independently or as part of a team on active construction sites
Key Requirements:
* Fully qualified Carpenter (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 or equivalent)
* Minimum of 3 years’ carpentry experience
* Experience across a range of project types including refurbishment and general maintenance
* Strong technical capability and understanding of site‑based carpentry
* Commercial awareness and ability to work efficiently to deadlines
* Highly motivated with a positive, team‑focused attitude
* Full, clean UK driving licence
* Current and relevant CSCS card
* Professional, reliable and committed to high‑quality workmanship
