Salary: £45,168 - £62,108 per annum

Hours: 36 per week

Are you a confident and inspiring leader with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences? We’re looking for a Customer Home Experience Manager to join our team and play a key role within the Home Ownership Directorate. This is an opportunity to make a real impact, ensuring our customers receive the highest standards of service and that our homes are ready for occupation. The customer should have a great experience from the first contact with the team, their home demonstration, and the day they receive their keys to their new home. Supporting them within the first month of their home ownership journey with us.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of delivering and embedding our Home Experience strategy, managing a team of Customer Home Experience Executives to provide a seamless, consistent journey across the customer touchpoints within your remit. You'll work closely with colleagues across the business and external suppliers to maintain a high-quality, joined-up service that reflects our values and commitment to excellence.

We’re looking for someone with a strong track record of leading high-performing teams in fast-paced environments, who can handle multiple priorities with clarity and calm. You’ll be a natural communicator, with a customer-first mindset and the ability to influence improvements across teams. Experience in customer service, Shared Ownership and Private Sale new builds, along with a solid understanding of snagging, defect resolution, NHBC standards, and other warranty providers, is essential.

This is a hybrid role with a base location at our offices in Manchester. You need to travel to the site and work from the Manchester office 2 to 3 days a week.
