We are looking for a hardworking, flexible, enthusiastic, and motivated nurse with an interest in Critical Care nursing. The successful candidate should possess excellent organisational and time management skills and have a minimum of one year experience in an Acute care setting. The nursing staff work 12-hour shifts, including day and night duty rotation depending on the area, but working hours and patterns can be discussed further at the time of the interview.
The Surgical High Dependency Unit consists of up to eight level 2 beds providing care for emergency and elective surgical patients from all surgical/orthopaedic specialties. There is a rotation with the Intensive Therapy Unit, which is collocated in the same area.
