The CAMHS Crisis Team works across three sites: the Urgent Care Hub at the Bradgate Mental Health Unit, Children's ED at Leicester Royal Infirmary, and the Valentine Centre in Beaumont Leys.
We offer support to young people and their families/carers across Leicester, Leicestershire, and Rutland who are experiencing a mental health crisis.
The CAMHS Crisis Team is seeking to recruit experienced practitioners from disciplines such as nursing, social work, and occupational therapy.
We support our patients 24/7, so you will be required to work day and night shifts on a rotational basis, including weekends and bank holidays. There are opportunities for flexible working in accordance with LPT policies.

Main duties and responsibilities:
* Undertake comprehensive assessments, clinical formulations, and brief interventions for young people in crisis, ensuring they are heard, validated, and understood.
* Responsible for delivering effective care to young people under home treatment, acting as the lead professional.
* Assess, interpret, and implement treatment plans, developing and evaluating specialist care packages with multi-agency involvement.
* Make sound judgments to improve treatment outcomes, promote resilience and recovery, and reduce risks.
