Earn £13.63 per hour (£26,645 per annum [pro rata]) plus 34 days leave (rising to 39) and health cash plan worth over £1140

What you’ll do
1. Lead support planning and coordinate our Support Workers to deliver person-centred support
2. Balance support, safeguarding, admin and meetings while guiding colleagues and managing caseloads
3. Support Customers with daily tasks like budgeting, cooking and attending appointments
4. Work with multi-agency teams to safeguard and empower our customers
5. Help customers build independence and prepare for their move-on into the community

You have
6. Passion and experience in supporting others ideally in a supported housing setting
7. Level 3 Diploma in Care or equivalent experience (or are willing to work towards it)
8. Experience assessing referrals and coordinating support
9. The ability to work under your own initiative, remain calm under pressure and have a resilient approach
10. Ideally experience working with customers with mental health issues and/or alcohol and substance use
The practical bits
11. We generally work Monday to Friday, we’re also flexible to support customers who are studying or working
12. We can be flexible to agree your working pattern with you
13. You’ll primarily work from our service in central Bath which is handy for town in your lunch break!
14. You need an Enhanced with barring list (we pay)
