In the pivotal role of College Operations Manager, you will be responsible for balancing multiple priorities that ensure the smooth running of the college. Your tasks will include overseeing college and student finance activities, enhancing relationships with the Navitas central team, MMU, and various stakeholders, ensuring they all receive exceptional service. Additionally, you will manage local HR records, facilitate effective recruitment, and maintain an attractive and safe environment for students and staff. Your efforts will be key in driving student success and partner confidence!
College Operations Manager Requirements:
1. A-Levels or equivalent and relevant work experience.
2. Demonstrable experience in office management, facility management, financial administration, HR administration, or project management.
