Cringletie is an historic 28 acre estate featuring a luxury hotel, 2 AA Rosette restaurant and landscaped grounds located near Peebles. A member of Luxury Scotland, the business enjoys an excellent reputation among regular guests for delivering high quality food and service.

Restaurant Waiting Staff - FULL TIME
The role includes evening and weekend work and occasionally mornings. We are looking for applicants who are passionate about hospitality, professional, friendly, efficient and with a good attention to detail.
Basic duties will include:
Supporting the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day running of the meal services, delivering food to guests in a professional manner and explaining dishes at the table
Assisting the rest of the team to uphold standards of service and cleanliness
Working behind the bar making a range of drinks and cocktails and making wine recommendations (experience preferred, but training will be given)
Service preparation and set up of tables
