Service Administrator
Location: Chertsey (Office-based, Full-time)
Reporting to: Regional Service Manager
Job Purpose
The Service Administrator will be responsible for delivering an efficient and professional administrative service to the Service Department, supporting Key Accounts and ensuring the smooth execution of departmental operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Enter, maintain, and update Key Account information on portals and Protean.
* Act as the first point of contact for Key Accounts via telephone and email.
* Review worksheets on Protean, identify repair quotations, and close tasks for invoicing.
* Prepare and provide weekly and monthly reports for Key Accounts.
* Liaise with colleagues and attend meetings as required to support business and organisational development.
* Obtain customer feedback on completed works.
* Provide cover for the Service Co-ordinator when required.
* Undertake relevant training to develop skills and knowledge.
Essential Requirements
1. Excellent telephone manner and communication skills (both written and verbal).
2. Flexible approach to work with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines under pressure.
3. Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
