This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment while working towards a recognised digital marketing qualification. You'll support the development and execution of digital campaigns, learn to manage social media channels, and help grow our online presenceall while making a real difference in a business that puts sustainability at its core.
In this role, youll work towards yourLevel 3 Multi-Channel Marketer Apprenticeship,delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
A Typical Day in the Job:
Monitor and adjust marketing campaigns to stay within budget
Support event planning and manage print material costs
Analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics, Zoho CRM, Lead Forensics, and social media insights
Publish content via WordPress, Wix, Meta Business Suite, Co-Schedule, and Zoho
Design marketing materials using Adobe Suite and Canva
Deliver multi-channel campaigns across email, website, brochures, leaflets, and events
Use platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Adobe, Canva, and email tools
Communicate with sales, marketing teams, clients, and suppliers
Help increase brand visibility, generate quality leads, improve CRM follow-up, and enhance marketing ROI
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
Salary, Hours & Benefits:
£18,000 - £26,000 per annum
Monday to Friday 9am 5pm
28 days holidays including bank holidays

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:
Grade 5 in Maths and 4 in English is essential for this role
Excellent written and verbal communication
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
Comfortable using digital platforms (Email, CRM systems)
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Interest in marketing, communications, and business development
