Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a knack for team management. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our office runs smoothly and efficiently, supporting both staff and clients alike.

Responsibilities

* Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a productive work environment.
* Supervise and support administrative staff, fostering a collaborative team atmosphere.
* Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
* Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for team members as required.
* Oversee clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and correspondence management.

Requirements

* Proven experience in an office management or similar administrative role.
* Strong supervisory experience with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
* Proficiency in Outlook, Word & Excel.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on professionalism.
* Exceptional organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
* Prior clerical or administrative experience is essential for success in this role.
* Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.
