Our client, a highly respected law firm, is looking for an experienced Commercial Solicitor to join its successful Corporate and Commercial team at its Clifton Moor office in York.
You will provide expert advice to businesses and charities on key areas such as:
* Mergers and acquisitions
* Restructuring
* Partnerships
* Commercial agreements
* Intellectual property
* Corporate governance
* Regulatory and statutory compliance
The firm is seeking a Solicitor with solid technical expertise in Corporate and Commercial transactions who can quickly build and maintain client relationships.
As the ideal Solicitor, you will:
* Have 4 years PQE in a Commercial background
* Deliver exceptional client care
* Take a professional and commercial approach to legal advice
* Have some experience in business development and marketing
