Job Summary

Duties
* Conduct smart repairs on vehicles, including dent removal, scratch repairs, and cosmetic touch-ups using specialised techniques and tools
* Assess damage accurately to determine the most effective repair approach
* Prepare surfaces thoroughly prior to repair work to ensure optimal results
* Operate spray guns, polishing equipment, and other relevant tools with precision and safety compliance
* Maintain a clean and organised work area to uphold health and safety standards
* Document repair procedures and communicate effectively with team members regarding job progress
* Assist in training junior staff or apprentices as required
* Ensure all repairs meet quality standards and customer expectations
Requirements
* Proven experience in automotive smart repair or similar role is highly desirable
* Knowledge of surface preparation, paint matching, and refinishing techniques
* Ability to operate relevant tools and equipment safely and efficiently
* Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
* Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
* A recognised qualification or certification in automotive repair or refinishing is advantageous
* Valid driving licence preferred but not essential; willingness to travel between sites if required
