A city centre law firm in Liverpool is seeking an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join its expanding team. Due to the firm’s recent success, this role presents exciting opportunities for career progression within a growing department.
Role Overview:
As a Clinical Negligence Solicitor, you will:
* Manage a varied caseload from inception to completion.
* Handle Elder Abuse cases and high-value Serious Injury claims.
* Take charge of a claimant caseload of Clinical Negligence matters, requiring a proactive and results-driven approach.
Candidate Requirements:
The firm is looking for a solicitor who can hit the ground running and effectively manage claims. The ideal candidate will:
* Have experience in claimant Clinical Negligence cases.
* Demonstrate strong analytical and client care skills.
* Be highly organised and able to work independently.
