Our client, a leading consultancy in the built environment sector, is seeking an experienced Secretary/Administrator to join their team.
This role involves providing secretarial support and sharing reception duties in the Winchester office from Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide responsive administrative support to the team
* Manage incoming and outgoing post, deliveries, and organize couriers
* Book travel and hotel arrangements
* Schedule meetings, order lunches, and set up meeting rooms
* Produce reports, letters, and meeting minutes
* Handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
* Perform ad hoc duties as needed
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a secretarial/administrative role
* Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn
