Responsibilities of the Store Manager – Café Concept:
1. Inspire and lead the team by setting an example of excellence.
2. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and mutual respect.
3. Recruit, train, mentor, and manage staff members.
4. Handle performance management and disciplinary actions when necessary.
5. Organize team meetings to celebrate successes and address challenges.
6. Ensure every customer feels valued and satisfied.
7. Manage financial aspects, including budgeting and forecasting.
8. Monitor and reduce operational costs, such as COGS and labour.
9. Analyse sales data to optimize staff schedules for cost management.
10. Ensure food and beverages meet high-quality standards.
About the Store Manager – Café Concept:
11. Proven experience as a Store Manager in a QSR/Counter service operation.
12. Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
13. Customer service orientation.
14. Strong understanding of business financials.
15. Strategic decision-making skills.
16. Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
