Key Responsibilities
* Managing and growing a portfolio of prospective tenants and landlords
* Conducting property viewings and providing expert local market knowledge
* Negotiating tenancy agreements between landlords and tenants
* Generating new business opportunities and supporting business development activity
* Handling applicant enquiries and matching suitable properties to client requirements
* Progressing tenancies from offer stage through to completion
* Ensuring compliance with lettings legislation and company procedures
* Delivering a professional and personable service at all times
Requirements
* Previous experience within residential lettings or estate agency preferred
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Target-driven with a proactive approach to business generation
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Professional, confident, and customer-focused manner
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred
