Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Head Chef in leading and managing the kitchen team, including hiring, training, and scheduling
2. Create and execute seasonal menus that showcase creativity and culinary expertise
3. Ensure high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation
4. Oversee inventory management, ordering, and cost control to maximize profitability
5. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
6. Collaborate with management to develop promotional events and special menus
7. Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques and ingredients into menu offerings...
