Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Industry Process Consultant - Senior to join our Centre of Excellence in the UK West Midlands, delivering 3DEXPERIENCE solutions to leading clients at Dassault Systèmes.
Responsibilities
* Evaluate and improve engineering workflows, identifying gaps and recommending solutions.
* Lead process optimisation across product development, design review, and quality control.
* Collaborate with IT to align engineering processes with PLM, ERP, and other digital technologies.
* Drive change management through training, workshops, and continuous improvement.
* Engage cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
* Provide strategic guidance on process investments and benchmarking.
* Support project planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, Industrial, Chemical or related) with solid experience.
* Proven success in engineering transformation across industries like automotive and aerospace.
* Strong knowledge of engineering workflows, product lifecycle, and quality systems.
* Skilled in stakeholder engagement and leading change initiatives.
* Familiar with Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and digital integration with IT.
* Some experience in PLM technology.
