What will you do? Make an impact
To perform operational tasks efficiently, while maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance, in full accordance with company procedures, established standards, all applicable guidance and relevant legal requirements.
What you'll be doing:
* Ensure all work areas are safe, secure, clean and tidy by the end of each working day, including any Company transport used.
* Reporting of Environmental/H&S/Operational issues arising ASAP.
* Safely repack hazardous materials in compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company procedures, ensuring proper handling and documentation throughout the process.
* Involvement with maintenance, operational & H&S issues arising on site, including remedial actions and reporting.
* Ensure operational records/reports and relevant documents are produced accurately and in a timely manner.
* Load and unloading of vehicle.
* Ensure an up to date knowledge of relevant procedures
Do you have what it takes?
Essential Skills:
* Good written and verbal communication.
* Logical approach to problem solving.
* Reliable time keeping and attendance
Desirable Skills:
* Experience in operational hands on roles
* Experience in the waste or recycling sectors
