We are looking for a Substance Misuse Nurse to join our team within the CANOL Offender Intervention Service, supporting individuals within the criminal justice system across South Wales.
In this role, you’ll:
* Deliver specialist clinical care and recovery-focused interventions
* Support individuals with drug and/or alcohol misuse
* Work across custodial and community settings
* Collaborate with multi-agency partners including probation, prisons, and healthcare providers
* Help reduce reoffending and improve long-term health outcomes
