The role:

* Dispatch Supervision of PVC windows and doors
* Overseeing the picking, packing and dispatch team
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
* Spot trends in customer interactions and identify areas for improvement

The person:

* Experience in Dispatch, picking and packing
* Experience supervising a small team
