Account Manager - Remote

We're on the lookout for a Customer-Focused Account Manager to join a vibrant team at a leading UK software provider. You'll be the go-to person for helping businesses get the most from their ERP systems - driving satisfaction, engagement, and growth.

What You'll Be Doing
* Build strong, long-term relationships with your own portfolio of business clients.
* Lead regular account reviews and strategic planning sessions.
* Spot opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and add value.Present tailored proposals and help clients adopt new tools and features.
* Collaborate with our internal tech, support & marketing teams to deliver exceptional service.
* Keep CRM records accurate and track performance data.
* Lead annual service reviews and contribute to client-focused marketing (like campaigns or case studies).
* Smash KPIs related to revenue, satisfaction, and engagement.
What We're Looking For
* 2+ years in account management, customer success, or B2B sales.
* Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking to senior stakeholders.
* Proven ability to juggle multiple accounts and priorities.
* A proactive mindset and eye for opportunity.
* Confident delivering presentations and commercial discussions.
* Full UK driving licence (for those occasional in-person client meetings).
* Experience or familiarity with ERP/accounting software? Big plus!
Bonus Points For
* A diploma in business, marketing, sales, or accounting.
* Knowledge of ERP systems (especially iQ or similar platforms).
* Experience working with SaaS licensing or software renewals.
* A solid track record of smashing targets and KPIs.
