Team Leader : Thurrock Drug and Alcohol Service
Location: Thurrock
Salary: A GBP 30,000 per annum

Are you passionate about making a real difference in peoples lives? Join us in a community:based treatment setting, supporting adults with drug and alcohol challenges. Youll be part of a service that delivers integrated, holistic interventions, covering clinical care, psycho:social support, and wellbeing programs tailored to each individual.
What youll do:
* Manage a small caseload and deliver client:centred treatment.
* Provide harm reduction advice and guidance.
* Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and deliver structured 1:1 and group sessions.
* Support and develop your team, providing supervision, training, and guidance.
* Occasionally conduct urine and oral swab testing to support clinical care.
* Work collaboratively with GPs, hospitals, mental health services, housing, employment, probation, police, and social services to help clients achieve lasting change.
As a Team Leader, youll also:
* Work with the Service Manager to ensure KPIs and outcome measures are met.
* Ensure compliance with CQC standards and safeguarding protocols.
* Foster strong relationships with partner agencies to deliver measurable outcomes.
* Support flexible service delivery, including possible evening/weekend shifts.

* Experience in substance use services and delivering structured interventions.
* Strong leadership and team development skills.
* Ability to manage caseloads, assessments, and treatment plans.
* Excellent communication and partnership:working abilities.
