*Lead the kitchen team on events, help to oversee food production, mentor staff, and ensure every dish is perfect. Manage and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive team environment
* Oversee food preparation, presentation, and quality standards
* Maintain food safety, hygiene, and compliance with regulations
* Assist with inventory, stock control, and menu development
* Lead by example in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
*Proven leadership in a professional kitchen (events/weddings preferred)
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
* Previous restaurant or events catering experience
