Shareholder Unit Lead - Interim Spencer Clarke Group are working closely with a Local Authority in the East Midalnds to appoint an Interim Shareholder Unit Lead to support the oversight and governance of the Council's portfolio of companies. This is a senior interim assignment focused on strengthening governance, ensuring compliance across subsidiary entities, and supporting the Council's shareholder function.
