Overview
Building Services Engineer at BakerHicks. Our Electrical team is known for making the complex simple and delivering expert solutions across sectors within a multi-disciplinary environment.
The Engineer – Electrical is expected to have a strong track record in one or more sectors that BakerHicks operates in. You will ideally be working towards becoming a Chartered Engineer with experience on a variety of projects.
Responsibilities
* Provide engineering services design and consultancy work on behalf of BakerHicks under the direction of the line manager or project lead.
* Produce design deliverables (including drawings, specifications and reports), site surveys, construction stage duties, client liaison with design/construction teams, project management, costing and ensure progress against the project brief.
* Champion quality and compliance controls within local teams and projects.
* Contribute to the development and mentoring of our Early Careers population and the continuous improvement of departmental capabilities.
About You
* We are looking for people who have experience delivering electrical engineering design and consultancy services on varied projects.
* You will ideally be working towards Chartered Engineer status with a track record across multiple sectors.
