Responsibilities:
1. Manage on-site warehouse operations at the Speke facility and provide operational oversight of external Contract Warehouses.
2. Provide operational and people leadership to ensure warehouse systems and processes meet EHS, site business goals, and financial controls (SOX).
3. Oversee inventory at the Speke site and offsite storage providers, working with finance to ensure SOX compliance.
4. Maintain written standard operating procedures for all warehouse operations, including receiving, distribution, storage, and shipment of materials.
5. Lead and develop the warehouse team, fostering a positive work environment, managing performance, and deputizing for the Supply Chain Director as required.
What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):
6. Bachelor’s Degree or High School Diploma / GED with equivalent level of experience (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
7. A minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics
8. Strong leadership, team building, organizational and interpersonal skills; Strong analytical competency
