Description
DAZN is looking for a creative, editorially strong and well organised Associate Producer to join our Boxing Production team, focusing on “seven-day” boxing output. The role centres on developing and delivering non-live formats, programmes and features that drive engagement on and off DAZN platform around our global live boxing schedule.
The successful candidate will bring production experience, creativity, and storytelling ability. They will play a key role in shaping formats, producing content, and ensuring editorial quality across DAZN’s boxing campaigns. Confidence in planning and executing productions, while managing stakeholders, crews, and resources, is essential.
What You\'ll Be Doing:
* Work with the Editorial Lead and Senior Producer to develop and deliver creative content ideas from conception through to final output.
* Produce original, engaging non-live boxing content that connects with fans and talent.
* Build and manage schedules for media days, shoots, and interviews, aligning all stakeholders.
* Lead communication with fighters, managers, promoters, and other external parties.
* Collaborate with Production Management and Post-Production teams to crew resources effectively and manage budgets.
* Oversee shoots from pre-production through to final delivery.
* Edit-produce content, ensuring it is delivered on time, to brief, and to DAZN standards.
* Keep internal teams aligned through clear and timely communication.
What You\'ll Bring:
* 3–5 years’ production experience, ideally progressing from assistant producer to associate producer in sports, entertainment or similar.
* Strong knowledge and passion for boxing.
* Proven ability to produce content end-to-end – from developing concepts to delivering final output.
* The ability to self-edit and shoot is highly desirable.
* Experience coordinating shoots, managing schedules, and liaising with high-profile talent and stakeholders.
* Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
* Editorially creative with a talent for storytelling.
* Proactive, independent, and solutions-focused.
