This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional with housing or litigation experience to join a busy public sector legal service on a flexible, remote-working basis. Role: Housing Disrepair Paralegal Location: Northamptonshire – Remote Umbrella Rate: £20 - £26ph PAYE Inc. Rate: £18.01 - £23.23ph Contract Length: 3 months ongoing Key responsibilities are likely to include: Assisting with the management of housing disrepair claims from instruction to resolution. Reviewing evidence, correspondence, and legal documentation. Supporting case preparation, including disclosure and drafting documents.The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience as a paralegal or legal assistant, ideally within housing disrepair or litigation. Experience working with or for a local authority (desirable but not essential). The ability to work independently in a remote environment.Benefits: Remote working.
