As a Senior Consultant in our AI Business Solutions practice, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our customers’ businesses by delivering innovative, secure, and scalable Modern Workplace solutions.
This role has evolved to encompass the intersection of Productivity, Security, AI, Change, positioning you as a strategic advisor. You will guide customers in leveraging platforms such as Copilot, Power Platform, and Security to drive transformation, enhance governance, and maximise business value.
You will act as a trusted advisor, helping customers define and execute strategic roadmaps that align business objectives with secure, compliant, and AI-enabled digital workplace solutions.
What you'll do:
Advanced Technical Delivery
* Lead the design and implementation of complex Modern Workplace, Security, and AI-driven solutions.
* Ensure alignment with Zero Trust principles, governance frameworks, and best practices.
* Lead ideation and architecture across: Copilot, Power Platform, 365 ecosystem.
* Translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and AI-enabled solution architectures.
* Design tenant-level strategies including Tenant hardening, Tenant migrations, Licensing optimisation.
Security, Compliance & Governance
* Architect and implement enterprise-grade security solutions including Microsoft Defender suite, Sentinel, Purview.
* Implement identity and access management using Microsoft Entra ID.
* Define and implement Data residency and retention strategies, Compliance and regulatory frameworks, Governance models and policies.
Modern Workplace Delivery
* Lead implementations across: Microsoft Teams, Endpoint Management, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive.
* Drive adoption, change management, and user enablement strategies to maximise ROI.
Requirements Analysis
* Gather, analyse, and prioritise technical and business requirements.
* Align solutions with organisational goals, compliance requirements, and user needs.
Project & Technical Leadership
* Lead project delivery teams, ensuring technical excellence and seamless execution.
* Build and manage delivery roadmaps, backlogs, and implementation strategies.
* Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior consultants and engineers.
Thought Leadership
* Stay ahead of trends across AI, Security, and Modern Workplace.
* Contribute to internal capability building and external positioning (events, forums, publications).
What you'll need:
* Deep expertise across Microsoft Modern Workplace, Security, and AI stack, including Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Defender suite, Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Purview.
* Understanding of Zero Trust security model, Governance, compliance, regulatory frameworks, Licensing models and cost optimisation
* Experience with Tenant migrations, tenant hardening, Endpoint management (Intune, Autopilot), Microsoft Teams voice and collaboration architecture
* Familiarity with: Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework and Well-Architected Framework
