Role Overview
We are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE to manage a varied caseload of commercial property work, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and investment transactions.
Key Responsibilities
* Acting for clients on commercial property transactions.
* Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, leases, and related legal documents.
* Providing practical, commercial advice to clients.
* Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other stakeholders.
* Managing own caseload efficiently while maintaining excellent client service.
Skills & Experience
* Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 3+ years' PQE in commercial property.
* Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Commercial awareness and practical problem-solving.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
