This is an excellent opportunity for experienced HGV Class 2 Drivers to work in a supportive team environment. You will play an important part in keeping the local community clean and safe by collecting waste bins as part of a crew and assisting with loading duties when required.
Duration: Immediate start available following induction and driving assessment.
Contract Type: Temporary
Hourly Rate: £14.71 per hour. You will accrue up to 28 days holiday per year pro rata. We do not provide visa sponsorships.
Working Hours: This position is from Tuesday to Friday, starting at 05:45. Finish times vary depending on your route. You will be paid for 37 hours over the 4 days.
Closing Date: 2025-08-24
Experience & Qualifications
The requirements for this position are:
* HGV Class 2 driving experience
* Full UK Driving licence with Cat C entitlement
* Digi taco
* CPC Card
* No more than 6 points on your licence
Ideally, you will have rear steer driving experience or have worked in a similar role. You must be able to provide full references for at least 2 years.
