We are recruiting experienced IVA Case Managers/Assessors to join the growing teams of insolvency professionals within several well-established Manchester-based practices across the North West. Your role & responsibilities. -Completing a full and thorough review of the packaged case provided by the Senior Finance Manager/external introducers - Checking property valuations, running land registry searches of all properties identified, and checking land registry documents. -Liaising with Senior Finance Manager / external introducers to obtain any missing information or documents required. -Ensuring up-to-date knowledge of voting house/creditors’ requirements. -Completing the Case Assessor handover documents. -Ensuring Anti Money Laundering requirements have been met. -Ensuring the documents and information provided meet the Insolvency Practitioner’s expectations and rules. -Review of customers’ bank statements – non-standard findings such as (but not limited to): - identifying unexplained income and expenditure transactions above £100, identifying second bank accounts, ensuring the business’s gambling rules are adhered to, identifying creditors not disclosed by Manager/external introducers, verifying rent, utilities, and insurances, and other irregular expenses. -Full review of payslips – non-standard findings such as (but not limited to) identifying unusual tax codes (standard 1250L), identifying correct income tax and national insurance (rebates may have been received). identifying attachment of earnings, identifying share savings schemes, identifying pay frequency, and ensuring the correct calculation of income is being disclosed. -Full review of creditors and evidence provided – evidence and full reference numbers required for all debts. -Liaising with the creditor call team to obtain evidence of debts. -Identifying County Court Judgements. -Ensuring animation is sent to the customer ahead of the SIP3 call. -Where the case is provided by an external introducer, confirm the time of the call with the introducer. Job Types : Full-time, Permanent. Salary : Up to £30k to £35K per annum.
